Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Settings > Delete Account, type "DELETE" to confirm, and your account will be scheduled for deletion. Your access is revoked immediately and all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Alternatively, email support@stitchuation.app with the subject "Account Deletion."
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Please also cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your Stitchuation subscription.
How do I request a copy of my data?
You can export your data directly in the app: go to Settings > Export My Data. A JSON file containing all your data will be downloaded. Alternatively, email privacy@stitchuation.app with the subject "Data Export Request."
I forgot my password
If you signed up with email and password, you can reset it from the login screen. If you signed in with Apple, Facebook, or TikTok, use that same provider to sign in again — no password is needed.
